Raiding With Thallo

Schedule & Structure

Raids run on Friday and Saturday from 8–11 PM EST. We keep a consistent schedule so people can plan ahead and avoid last-minute chaos. Invites go out on time, raids start on time, and we respect hard stop times.

Thallo supports both core raiders and more casual participants. Core raiders are expected to maintain consistent attendance, while casual raiders can sign up based on availability. Final rosters are set by officers to keep runs balanced and smooth.

Expectations

We expect raiders to come prepared, communicate clearly, and be willing to improve. That means knowing your class, bringing consumables when appropriate, and paying attention during pulls. Mistakes happen, but learning from them is part of the process.

More importantly, we expect a good attitude. No rage, no finger-pointing, and no ego trips. If something isn’t working, we fix it together and move on.

Loot & Atmosphere

Loot is handled in a simple, transparent way: need if you need it, greed if you don’t, and pass if it isn’t for you. The goal is to keep things fair and help the team overall, with a clear process so there are no surprises. Raids stay focused but relaxed, with plenty of jokes between pulls and clear callouts when it matters.

Role & Recruitment

Thallo maintains a flexible raid roster built around a small core group with room for casual and rotating players. We recruit based on team needs, player attitude, and reliability rather than chasing specific metas or perfect logs.

Tanks and healers are expected to communicate clearly and understand encounter mechanics, while DPS are expected to know their roles and adapt as needed. We value players who are open to feedback and focused on improving with the group.
